In this position, you are the central pivotal point. You ensure effective communication of the CEO and the international management based on the vision, strategy and values to transform the company, develop the company image, employer branding and social belonging. You ensure market and product-related communication to develop markets and customers.
Your Challenge
- Ensure effective and efficient communication of the CEO and the international management team
- Develop the perception and image of Sateco based on the vision, strategy and value proposition
- Maintain the above-average image in the recruitment market
- Ensure a uniform appearance of all global Sateco companies
- Build an intercultural connection and an emotional sense of belonging to the company
- Implement the transformation by means of a communication concept and communication roadmap, and monitoring their implementation
- Implement a market and product-oriented communication via suitable digital channels and print media
Your Qualifications
- Business administration degree (FH/Uni) with specialization in MarCom or postgraduate degree in MarCom
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing and communication
- Technical flair and ability to emotionally charge facts & figures and technology in a creative and emotional way
- Winning personality who can easily bond with people from other cultures, with experience in a multicultural environment, preferably in Asia
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Fluent in German and English
- Very good knowledge of social media and relevant programs
