Join our dynamic team as a Production Control Supervisor at Sateco. If you have a background in industrial engineering, proven leadership skills, and a solid understanding of production planning, this role is tailor-made for you. Join us in overseeing the seamless execution of production schedules, ensuring optimal inventory control, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our manufacturing processes.
Your Challenge
- Efficiently manage sales orders through Order Management
- Monitor and ensure the timely completion and delivery of orders
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to ensure order completion
- Communicate effectively with customer sales teams, providing updates or changes to order production
- Oversee production planning and scheduling, tracking progress of production orders
- Review and endorse change order plans as needed
- Implement robust inventory control practices, monitoring and replenishing raw materials
- Prepare and submit progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to improve processes and product quality
- Analyze, address, and update risks and opportunities
- Provide supervision, coaching, training, and leadership to Production Control Staff
Your Qualifications
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, or any equivalent field
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Production Planner in a plastic manufacturing setup
- Training or orientation in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF
- LEAN Six-sigma certification (optional)
- Proven leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Understanding of Inventory Management and Audits
- Proficient with computerized materials control programs
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of the organization
- Customer orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Quick thinking, adaptable team player with judgment and decision-making capabilities
- Research and investigative abilities, planning and organizational skills
- Result and quality-oriented, flexible, independent, and initiative-driven
