The Ghost Backlight Window STC-BW is manufactured using a compression molding process.  It uses heat and pressure to give a product its final form.  In a pre-heated cavity, a vertical press mechanism is used to shape and apply wide-meshed cross-linking to the silicone in its plastic state. 

The surface requires a PU coating to protect against abrasion and for continuously good haptics.
